IYNAUS Convention 2023 will open onsite registration for in-person and online attendees on May 15, 2023, from 7 am to 4 pm PDT. Classes will begin on May 16, 2023, following our Puja ceremony. The final class of the convention will end at 11 am PDT on May 20, 2023. Here is the link to the Schedule of events, which is subject to change. IC23 Days & Class Times.
The prop kit consists of a sturdy canvas bag with mat loops, 4 Pune blankets, one block, one Pune belt, and a mat. The price of the Prop Kit is $150.00, which includes CA Sales Tax.
Prop Kits can be purchased through the IYNAUS online store. Prop Kits can be shipped.
If any IC23 Prop Kits are still available, the IYNAUS Store will have them for sale at the convention.

This year the Convention 2023 Committee provides a capsule collection of swag. T-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, and sweatshirts featuring our colorful Sankalpa logo are available to order and be delivered to your home before the convention. Here is a link for more information, IC23 swag.
The Convention is open to all Iyengar Yoga practitioners with one year or more of experience. All attendees must bring their mats and props (either from home or you can purchase the commemorative prop kit). A separate prop area will be available with wall space and additional large wooden props for support. Attendees who need to take care of their individual circumstances can use this space, sharing with others and taking turns as needed. The prop area does not have separate registration or teacher supervision, as we will all practice together in the mega class.

Yes! The Fashion Valley trolley stop is directly behind the property, where you can hop on several buses. We recommend using the apps Uber and Lyft to get around town.
COVID protocols-IYNAUS will closely monitor government mandates, policy changes, local venue guidelines, and public health announcements to inform our approach and keep you updated with new developments to ensure a coordinated effort and a safe environment for all IYNAUS Event attendees.
At this time, masking will be optional.
We are capping in-person attendance to 700 people. This allows us to separate the mats so that everyone has 32 sq ft of space, as opposed to the usual 27 sq ft.

Dogs are permitted in the hotel. However, they must weigh less than 30 lbs. There is a fixed fee per pet per night; hotel terms & conditions apply.
