Yoga for Peri & Post Menopause
Bobby Clennell presents three weekends (six classes) devoted to the subject of menopause. Menopause is a critical period of adjustment. As women face the physical and psychological disturbances that occur when menstruation begins, women again face mental and physical challenges at menopause. We will learn how developing a cyclically responsive practice provides support in navigating possible disturbances to those cycles. In the workshop, we will learn how to guide ourselves and our students through the shifting landscape of this transition with asanas and sequences to calm the nerves and bring emotional and hormonal balance.
Bobby will also explore the challenges and rewards of post–menopause.
You can attend all six sessions or attend an individual session. Attending the first/introductory session is a pre-requisite for attending any of the other sessions. Recordings of each session will be made available to those who are unable to attend live.
