In this course we learn to relax and sooth the jnanedriyas thru correct yoga practice, and ayurveda, and then witness the transformation in life.The niyama- five personal observances for wellness of the self, are explored as they pertain to the organs of perception. Readings from Tree of Yoga and videos accompany this course.
