Level 4 Course - with Lisa Walford (part 4)
This four-session course is for yoga teachers and students with substantial experience in Iyengar yoga. Students should be able to hold Sirsasana and Sarvangasana each for ten minutes, show stability and maturity in backward and forward extensions, twists and arm balances. Philosophical themes explored and applied. A regular home practice is strongly advised so that the student is able to self-manage injuries and/or restrictions.
