We'll be basically looking at the poses from different angles to deepen the study of asana and with the different sequencing and will be giving different ideas about dynamics of Iyengar yoga.
Instead of all the time working on different and advance asanas, Abhay will show different benefits of asanas with the help of props as a prevention for many physical, physiological problems and to become stronger psychologically, emotionally which will lead towards spirituality.
