IYNAUS Orientation Meeting – Therapy Resources

The Yoga Therapy Committee will conduct an orientation meeting on Sunday, April 13, at 2 p.m. EDT for all CIYTs (mentors and mentees) and current IYNAUS members preparing to become CIYTs.

In 2024, Lois Steinberg and others approached IYNAUS with a recommendation to form a Therapy Committee. The IYNAUS Therapy Committee provides educational resources for the therapeutic application of Iyengar Yoga. The Yoga Therapy Committee members are Lois Steinberg, Rebecca Lerner, Marla Apt, Lo Kolb, and Tricia Amheiser.

• Pre-/Post-Session Therapy Forms

Log into your member portal and choose Member Benefits to review the Therapy Resource List.

The therapy committee will review the above resources and accept questions during the Q&A.
