IYNAUS is delighted to present Spotlighting Level 3 CIYTs.

IYNAUS scheduled a day each month to spotlight one Level 3 CIYT, offering them an opportunity to contribute their time and teach a one-and-a-half-hour class.

October 5, 11:00 a.m. EDT – Asana, Breath, and Pranayama: Closing the Gap with Matt Dreyfus

Once we’re established in the basics of asana practice, working with the breath opens up wondrous vistas for connection, depth, and integration. As we learn to appreciate the experience of breath in asana, our approach to pranayama becomes natural. In this class, you’ll clearly experience how different asanas open various pathways for the breath and learn how you can integrate your breath into your practice.
