Spotlighting Level 3 CIYTs – Practice is the answer with Lisa Waas

IYNAUS is delighted to present Spotlighting Level 3 CIYTs.

IYNAUS scheduled a day each month to spotlight one Level 3 CIYT, offering them an opportunity to contribute their time and teach a one-and-a-half-hour class.

Join us for a fun, all-level class where we’ll move, explore, and experience how our practice guides us. No matter where you are in your yoga journey, your practice has the answers—you just have to show up!
You can expect inversion variations and movement to stay warm during winter. Come as you are, and let’s practice together!

About Lisa
Lisa has been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2011. Her teachers are Lois Steinberg and Randy Just. Lisa revels in the accessibility and intelligence of Iyengar Yoga.
She is the director and owner of Community Yoga + Wellness in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, FL.

Recordings
IYNAUS will send the class recording to all registered participants as soon as possible.
Recordings will be posted on the member benefits page one month after the live event. These classes and recordings count as Continuing Education hours.
