IYNAUS invites all members to register for the 2nd Annual FREE Coast to Coast community gathering Nov. 11-14, 2021! This year we will have seven live sessions and one on-demand class that members can view anytime during the event.
This membership benefit supports our goal to give back to IYNAUS members and promote the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar and Geeta S. Iyengar. We extend sincere gratitude to our senior teachers for generously donating their time to lead this practice across our community.
Join this community practice from coast to coast and beyond as we share in the wisdom, generosity, and benevolent teachings of the Iyengar legacy. This event celebrates the lasting impact of our treasured and gifted teachers and our beloved Guruji, Geetaji, Prashantji, and Abhijata.
Membership is required to participate in this event. Please note that we will NOT be sending the Zoom link via email. The link for the webinar will be posted under the Member Benefits section (sign-in required) under MyPage by 5 p.m. PST on Monday, Nov. 8, 2021. We will also share recordings in the Member Benefits section in case members cannot attend live.

Thursday, Nov. 11:
5–7 p.m. Rebecca Lerner – Arm Balances! Adaptations for shoulder and wrist concerns. All levels.
Friday, Nov. 12:
9–11 a.m. Lois Steinberg – Freedom and Joy. Intermediate and above.
1–3 p.m. John Schumacher – Pratyahara in Asana. At least one year of Iyengar Yoga practice.
Saturday, Nov. 13:
10 a.m. – 12 p.m. (time change) Joan White – Moving Toward the Light in Standing Poses. All levels.
2-4 p.m. (time change) Patricia Walden – Moving Towards Kapotasana. At least two years of Iyengar Yoga practice. A practice of Urdhva Dhanurasana and Viparita Dandasana is required. No shoulder injuries, please.
5–7 p.m. Eddy Marks – Guruji’s Secret: Rhythm and Balance. All levels.
Sunday, Nov. 14:
1–3 p.m. Mary Obendorfer – Seated Poses for Cranky Hips. All levels.
Gloria Goldberg – Journey to Hanumanasana. Advanced with five years of experience.
