The Transformative Practice of Iyengar Yoga with Randy Just

Date(s)
Friday, October 18, 2019 to Sunday, October 20, 2019
Description

Patanjali's Yoga Sutras tell us that the practice of yoga is a means to find
our own true selves. According to the sutras we cause ourselves suffering
because we identify ourselves only by our outer form or physical embodiment.
Yoga is a means to find a deeper sense of ourselves that is not subject to
nature or change. Iyengar yoga starts with the physical body as a means to
hone steadiness of body and mind for this inward journey.

This workshop will present a well-rounded practice of asanas for continuing
to advanced practitioners of Iyengar yoga.
