Ingela Abbott is a certified senior Iyengar Yoga instructor and the founding
director of Yoga Northwest. She began studying Iyengar Yoga in 1971 and has
taught Yoga for 40 years. Ingela is one of the National Iyengar Yoga
Assessors and has mentored and certified 100s of teachers in the last 25
years. She is passionate in sharing GuruJi’s great teachings with her deep
sincerity, gratitude and love of Iyengar Yoga.

Registration Instructions

A minimum of 3 years of Iyengar Yoga, committed to a minimum of 1 hour of
daily home practice with monthly assignments in Yoga Philosophy. “Strong”
students and teachers from other methods of Yoga are also welcome.
