Dear IYNAUS members,
Following the August 25^th, 2011 30-day comment period, the revised IYNAUS Bylaws were passed by unanimous vote of the IYNAUS Executive Committee at their September 19, 2011 meeting.  Prior to the vote, the Executive Council completed an article-by-article review of the revisions to assess clarity, efficacy and feasibility of implementation. EC members agreed that reviewing these issues reflects the natural evolution of a thriving organization and the dynamic nature of working documents.
