Home Practice
I have had a home practice for about 2 years and am struggling with how to do which form of practice each day.
I used How to Use Yoga by Mira Mehta when I first started at home. Now I have quite a few books, the practices from this site and a few from the Victoria, Canada newsletter.
But how do I put it together throughout a week or month?
The only constant is a nice long restorative practice on Sunday mornings.
